Steven Earl Paschall

Our beautiful Stevie, our beloved brother, uncle and fierce, passionate friend passed away on Sunday October 22nd in San Diego, California from complications after a surgery.

Steven Earl Paschall was born on June 14th 1950 to Kenneth Morgan Paschall and Alice Beth Rosequist Paschall in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Stevie was very talented as an actor and singer and played many important roles in productions all through his Junior and High School Years.  He graduated from Kearns High School in Kearns, Utah in 1968.

After high school he attended the College of Eastern Utah in Price, Utah and was part of many councils, organizations and stage productions there as well.  He was also on the cheerleading squad.

His next adventure was fulfilling a two year LDS mission to Spain where he continued making friends and positively changing many people’s lives.

After getting back from Spain, he continued travelling and discovered the unbelievable San Diego sunsets and decided to make this his permanent happy home.

Stevie spent many years in San Diego with multiple professions mostly in the travel industry.  He continued to make friends and just improve the atmosphere wherever he was at.  Many of his friends old and new agree that he is one, if not the nicest, kindest and sweetest person that has ever roamed the earth.

He stumbled through some rough times later in life and eventually ended up in Father Joes Villages.  He got the help he needed here to literally turn his life around and then began making impacts on the lives of many others.  Eventually Stevie ended up volunteering his talents for the REstart Program and has been credited for being a strong factor in why this excellent program has now gone nationwide.  He was even listed as a Senior Vice President on the Board of Directors web page.

All through his life Stevie was a Star and a bright, shining force that improved the lives of everyone around him.   And, he was always so entertaining and had such a big heart; everyone went out of their way to spend time with him.

Our dear, beautiful, vibrant Stevie.  You will be severely missed.
