Diane Elizabeth Tapia, 78, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on September 20, 2026, surrounded by those who loved her. Born on October 13, 1947, in Los Angeles, California, Diane lived a life defined by hard work, resilience, and an open heart for the family she held close.

Diane dedicated over twenty years of service to Good Samaritan Hospital. Known for her tireless work ethic, she was an early riser whose dependability and dedication left a lasting impression on everyone around her. Beyond her work, Diane was a vital pillar of strength and support. She possessed a generous, protective spirit—fiercely loyal and always ready to step up and open her doors whenever family needed guidance, a home, or a helping hand.

Her home was forever filled with laughter, quick-witted humor, and genuine warmth. Diane loved to joke, bringing an easy, joyful energy into every room she entered. She shared a devoted marriage with her beloved husband, Henry Tapia. Diane is survived by her husband, Henry; her children; her grandchildren; her great-grandchildren and a wide circle of nieces, nephews, and extended family who considered her an anchor, a guiding light, and a second mother.

She will be remembered for her strong spirit, her joyous laughter, and the selfless devotion she poured into guiding and shaping the generations of family who loved her dearly.
